Most boat operators follow a set path through the 7-square-kilometer Buccoo Reef Marine Park. You will observe live corals, swim in waist-deep water, and visit a nearby sandy spit.

This waist-deep sandbar sits directly in the ocean. The water is clear, and the coral sand is soft. The water temperature averages 26°C to 29°C (79°F to 84°F) year-round. Rub the sand on your skin; local legend claims it makes you look ten years younger.
